Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Most StyleWall systems are manufactured, configured or prepared for a specific project. Delivery, acceptance and return conditions therefore belong in the applicable quotation and contract.
Delivery scope
Confirm destination, Incoterms where applicable, unloading, storage, access, packaging and inspection responsibilities before order.
Project-specific goods
Made-to-measure panels, glass, profiles, finishes and fabricated components may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
Notification
Record visible transport damage on delivery documents and report discrepancies promptly with photographs and package references.
