02. Conflict of Interest

No collaborator may engage in commercial activities that compete directly or indirectly with StyleWall. Any proprietary knowledge or commercial advantage developed using company resources belongs exclusively to the corporate group.

In fabrication facilities and on-site project installations, safety protocols are non-negotiable:

• × Mandatory certified PPE on job sites.
• × Zero tolerance for unsafe conditions.
• × Strict prohibition of intoxicating substances.
• × Full compliance with local building codes.

04. Asset Protection & Quality Audits

Machinery, extrusion dies, and installation equipment represent the foundation of our manufacturing excellence. Every team member commits to preventive maintenance, careful custody, and immediate incident reporting under total accountability.

05. Intellectual Property & Patents

CAD drawings, BIM models, extrusion profiles, and acoustic damping formulas are registered industrial assets. Unauthorized disclosure or technical leakage represents a severe violation subject to contractual termination and legal enforcement.

06. Professional & Respectful Workplace

We foster an inclusive, merit-based environment. Harassment, discrimination, and disrespect are strictly intolerable. On active architectural construction sites, our conduct is consistently exemplary.

07. Engineering Specification Truth

Our ethics center on absolute technical transparency. Every acoustic STC rating or seismic movement tolerance provided to architects must be verified by accredited independent laboratory test reports. Overpromising or concealing technical limitations to secure contracts is strictly forbidden. Human safety and structural durability always supersede short-term commercial targets.
